Hello All Past and Current La Bise and The Thief? drinkers! Happy January and Happy New Year. A quick catch up for you all from the vineyard. We have had a lovely growing season with these gentle temperatures and the berries are forming well and starting to colour up. The photo on the left shows some flowers which pollinated over December and formed berries. We never use insecticide in our vineyards so the insects have been abundant this year with cooler weather. Ladybirds are a great sign for a healthy garden and we have them everywhere. Fun Fact: A group of ladybirds is called a “Loveliness” |

Barossa Red Cellar Release- $240 per dozen/$120 per 6 pack.
The Thief is from our Greenock vineyard where we make a lovely aromatic GSM ( Grenache Shiraz Mataro) with awesomely powerful fruit flavours. I have 30 dozen of the 2015 GSM that we have had squirreled away in our cellar waiting for release. For those that like high pointed wines, this one has a 95 points against it to show its quality.
$240 per dozen.( Normally retailing at $33 a bottle).
